Once the brokerage fee is settled, the rest of the process is a breeze! You'll be assigned an Order # and straightforward instructions for settling any remaining balances with our trusted supplier. Payment can be made using a credit card, debit card, wire transfer, or mail. You’ll also be provided with a dedicated contact person and the shipping coordinator’s name and number for any inquiries. And remember, you can always reach us at 1-800-593-4012. The shipping coordinator will contact you within two days of the order to arrange a convenient delivery date. It's that simple! The Best Part?- Second-time buyers who text or email a picture of their delivered insulation pay a 20% less brokerage fee.

Calculate your price and fill out the order form. Pay the related brokerage fee and call 1-800-593-4012 to indicate that the form was submitted.

Step 2

Receive Order #

An order# with easy instructions for paying the balances to our certified supplier will be emailed within one business day.

Step 3

Shipping Call

You will receive a call directly from the shipping coordinator within two business days to schedule a convenient delivery date.

Step 4

Sign for materials

Upon arrival, inventory, inspect, and sign. Standard delivery is 11-21 days. Expedited 5 -10 days.

$0 - $50,000 = $2.000 brokerage fee

$50,001 - $100,000 = $3,500 brokerage fee

Receive a comprehensive quote that confirms savings. Then, pay the brokerage fee (profit amount) on the same day.

Step 2

Verify Your Local Codes

Contrary to the industry protocol, we will have you confirm your codes even after the initial order for your protection.

Step 3

Order #/ Scheduling Letter

Receive an order confirmation number and scheduling letter indicating a plan completion date and building delivery week.

Step #4

Receive Certified Plans

Received 2 Sets of Anchor bolt plans and a Stamped Certification Letter via mail or request PDF emailed copy.

Step 5

Receive Building Delivery

Pay balances to certified supplier 2 weeks before delivery or get COD approval. Have a fork lift available at job site to unload.
