Pick your facing, R-value, square footage, and delivery state. The real mill price shows up the moment you finish filling in — every R-value from R-8 through R-30, priced at the number the factory actually charges us, with no middleman markup added on top.
Name your service fee
The fair-fee range for your size order is shown right on the calculator so you always know what works. Type any amount inside the range — you pick where inside it your offer lands. A live badge tells you if your offer is fair before you submit.
Pay us the service fee
When your fee is accepted, paying it locks in that factory price for you. We email you simple instructions for paying the certified U.S. mill the wholesale cost of the material directly. That mill payment takes only a couple of minutes.
We schedule your delivery
The mill’s shipping team reaches out within 2 business days to set up your delivery date. Standard delivery is 3–14 days — often quicker. Any questions along the way, call John at 1-800-593-4012.

Sealing and repairing insulation facing joints. For repairs, 1 roll covers 15,000 sq ft. To seal, order additional.

Securing insulation to purlins and girts. 1 roll per 2,000 sq ft.

I opened Insulation Overstock in September of 2024 because I got tired of watching that happen to my own customers. For thirteen years I had been running Factory Steel Overstock, and every one of those steel-building buyers needed insulation. They bought it somewhere else — and every invoice showed a retail markup of thirty to a hundred percent on material my mills already ship at wholesale.
That gap did not need to exist. So I built a division whose whole job is to close it — and to answer the phone myself when it rings.

1. Wholesale Material Cost
The actual factory price for your insulation. Per square foot, multiplied by your total square footage. This is what the manufacturer charges — the same rate national distributors pay. No markup, no commission, no padding. Plus applicable taxes.
2. Flat Service Fee
A single fixed fee that covers our work sourcing the order, coordinating freight, and providing specification support. The amount is based on your material total — published openly in the table below. Same fee for every customer.

Our quotes pull from NAIMA-certified U.S. fiberglass manufacturers we work with directly. The wholesale rate on every order is the rate the factory itself charges — not a distributor markup we paid and pass along.
Specification Depth
Perm ratings, ASTM compliance numbers, IECC zone-by-zone R-value targets, the difference between PSP and PSKP construction, and the nuance that WMP and PSP are effectively equivalent — performance classifications rather than proprietary materials, with different laminators giving essentially the same facing different names. We keep all of it on tap so a first-time buyer gets the same guidance a national distributor would charge a consultant for.
