R-Value 17

Our R -17 insulation is lightweight and incredibly easy to install. Each roll includes a convenient adhesive strip along one edge, eliminating the need for reflective tape to seal seams. This feature can reduce installation time by up to 50%! Builders frequently highlight the time savings and ease of installation, making it a popular choice for quick, efficient setup. Installation Steps: Apply our double-sided tape on the purlins to secure the insulation and prevent it from shifting in the wind. Roll the insulation across the purlins, letting it sag 1 to 3 inches for best results. Seal the seams. Attach your sheeting.

R-Value 15.3 (White)

This product offers the same affordable pricing as R-17, with the added benefit of a fresh, clean look provided by the UV-resistant white vinyl backing that many customers prefer for their metal building interiors. Although the R-value is slightly adjusted from 17 to 15.3, this is due to the replacement of one side of the polyethylene backing and reflective reinforced foil with the attractive white facer, designed for durability and a bright finish.

Inferior Bubble Insulation

In some cases, Double Bubble insulation may trap condensation within its bubble layers, leading to mold and mildew growth. Non-bubble reflective does not have this risk, as it lacks the cavities that can trap moisture. Moreover, our Layered Insulation has a polyethylene foam core that maintains its shape under various stresses. This shape retention is essential; when insulation collapses under pressure, it loses its effectiveness as a radiant and vapor barrier. Our insulation only compresses by 6% at 6 psi and fully regains its original shape when pressure releases. Double-bubble insulations, in contrast, lack this resilience.
